Am I obligated to buy this health insurance plan if I continue through the application process?
Why does my email address appear next to the employees' email address field?
No. Using HealthTrust Financial to view rates, compare or apply for a health insurance plan does not obligate you to purchase the plan.
Why do I need to include the names of eligible employees who do not want insurance?Your email address appears in this spot by default because your employees may not have their own email addresses. If you know any of your employees' email addresses, please provide them in the spaces provided.
Why can't I edit the information of some of my employees?All of your employees who are eligible for coverage will need to either enroll in the selected plan or decline coverage.
You will not be able to alter or update an employee's information if that employee has already begun the online enrollment process. However, an employee may update his/her own information until submission of his or her employee enrollment form.
